Welcome to Apex Results LLC (“Apex Results,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and installation offerings. By using our website or scheduling services with us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

Apex Results LLC provides professional installation services for a variety of home improvement products within the state of Idaho. We serve homeowners, renters, landlords, commercial clients, and property managers.

2. Services We Provide

Apex Results LLC provides installation services only. We do not sell products independent of installation.
Some products we install may come with manufacturer warranties, which are provided by the product manufacturer and not by Apex Results.

We may offer installation workmanship warranties when applicable and as described in your specific service agreement.

3. Quotes, Scheduling & Customer Accounts

3.1 Quotes

All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of request. Quotes may change if project details or conditions change.

3.2 Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will make every reasonable effort to meet your preferred date and time.

3.3 Account Creation

Users may create an account on our website to manage service requests, view past quotes, and update contact information. Creating an account is optional.

4. Payments

All payments are due upon completion of the installation.
Accepted payment methods include: credit card, ACH, checks, PayPal, cash, and third-party financing or payment partners.
We do not collect deposits upfront.

All charges are non-refundable once the work is completed.

5. Cancellations

Free cancellation is allowed 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

If a customer is not present at the scheduled time and location, this may also be treated as a late cancellation and incur the fee.

6. Delays & Scheduling Limitations

While we always attempt to complete work on time, certain circumstances may cause delays.
Apex Results LLC is not liable for delays caused by:

Weather
Supply shortages
Vendor or shipping delays
Unforeseen site conditions
Customer unavailability
Other events beyond our reasonable control

This limitation applies only to delays, not to property damage or workmanship quality.

7. Property Access & Responsibilities

By scheduling a service with Apex Results LLC, you agree to:

Provide safe and clear access to the work area
Ensure the presence of a decision-maker or authorized adult at the property during installation
Disclose any structural issues or hazards that may affect installation

8. Liability

Apex Results LLC does not limit liability for accidental property damage that occurs during installation due to our negligence.

However, we are not responsible for:

Delays as described in Section 6
Manufacturer defects
Damage caused by improper use or modification after installation
Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions at the service site

9. Warranties

Any warranties provided are:

Manufacturer warranties: offered solely by the product manufacturer. Terms vary by product.
Installation workmanship warranties (when offered): stated in your service documentation or invoice.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or unrelated structural issues.

10. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect information necessary to provide quotes and services, including:

Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Optional saved payment information

We may also use cookies to improve website performance and user experience.
Third-party tools used may include (but are not limited to):

Google Analytics
Advertising and tracking tools
Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.)
Online form or scheduling tools

Apex Results LLC is not responsible for:
