Thank you for choosing Apex Results LLC. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our installation services.
1. General Refund Policy
Apex Results LLC operates on a pay-upon-completion model.
Because we do not sell standalone products and no payment is collected before service, all completed installation services are non-refundable.
Once an installation has been finished and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
2. Cancellations

2.1 Free Cancellations
You may cancel your scheduled service at no cost if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
2.2 Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
If the customer is not present at the property at the scheduled time, this may be treated as a late cancellation and also incur the $50 fee.
3. Deposits
Apex Results LLC does not require or accept deposits.
Therefore, no deposit refunds apply.
4. Completed Services
Once installation work is completed:

Payment is due immediately.

All charges are considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for service dissatisfaction unless explicitly stated in a written warranty agreement.
If you believe the installation was performed incorrectly, please refer to Section 5 below.
5. Workmanship & Manufacturer Issues

5.1 Workmanship Concerns
If you believe the installation was not performed correctly, please contact us immediately.
We may, at our discretion, revisit the installation to correct issues covered under our workmanship standards or any written installation warranty provided.
5.2 Product Issues
Some products installed by Apex Results LLC may come with manufacturer warranties.
Any defects or issues with the product itself (not related to installation) must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
6. Service Delays
Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, shipping delays, or events outside our control do not qualify for refunds or fee reductions.
